Our Return Policy
You may return most unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- All returned items must be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Opened cosmetics and beauty products
- Used bath & shower items
- Opened feminine care products
- Unsealed dental care items
- Personal care products where hygiene seals are broken
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization

- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Package Your Return
Once approved, carefully package your return including:
- All original packaging and accessories
- The original invoice or packing slip
- Any free gifts received with the order

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If it’s less expensive, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
